Paper Submission


SIPAIM 2026 contributions will be considered only in two formats:

1. Full paper: maximum 4 double-column pages, published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
2. Abstract: maximum 1 page, presented on-site as a poster.

Q: How should I prepare my manuscript for submission?

Your manuscript must be written in English and follow the IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings. It should be submitted in PDF format with a maximum length of 4 pages. Since the paper review process is single-blind, authors and affiliations must be included in the manuscript.

Q: Where will the SIPAIM 2026 proceedings be published?

The SIPAIM 2026 proceedings will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. However, the Program Committee and IEEE reserve the right to exclude a paper from publication and distribution, including in IEEE Xplore, if it is not presented by an author at SIPAIM 2026.

Q: How should I prepare my abstract for submission?

Abstracts must be written in English and follow the SIPAIM abstract template. They should be submitted in PDF format with a maximum length of 1 page. Since the SIPAIM review process is single-blinded, authors and affiliations must be included in the abstract.

Q: How will accepted abstracts be presented at SIPAIM 2026?

All accepted abstracts at SIPAIM 2026 will be considered for poster presentation only and will not be published in the conference proceedings. Posters must be A0 portrait size (1189 mm × 841 mm or 46.8 in × 33.1 in), with figures having a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Abstracts must be submitted in PDF format with a maximum length of 1 page.

Q: Do I need to bring a printed copy of my poster?

Yes, authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the conference site. On-site printing will not be available.
