Guidelines
SIPAIM 2026 contributions will be considered only in two formats:
1. Full paper: maximum 4 double-column pages, published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
2. Abstract: maximum 1 page, presented on-site as a poster.
Detailed instructions for each modality can be found below.
Your manuscript must be written in English and follow the IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings. It should be submitted in PDF format with a maximum length of 4 pages. Since the paper review process is single-blind, authors and affiliations must be included in the manuscript.
The SIPAIM 2026 proceedings will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. However, the Program Committee and IEEE reserve the right to exclude a paper from publication and distribution, including in IEEE Xplore, if it is not presented by an author at SIPAIM 2026.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Abstracts must be written in English and follow the SIPAIM abstract template. They should be submitted in PDF format with a maximum length of 1 page. Since the SIPAIM review process is single-blinded, authors and affiliations must be included in the abstract.
